Default Nasty squeak in Hawkeye rear suspension

Went out riding today, and after washing all the mud off I notice a squeak from the rear suspension. I have greased all the fittings... except the two zerks on the wheel end of the upper swing arms which are impossible to get to since the CV joint is in the way. Has anyone replaced these with 90* zerks?

The noise seems to be coming from the wheel end of the upper swing arm. It is worse when you unload the suspension, ie pull up on the rear grab bar. I have checked all the rubber bushings to see if they were the cause, and I see no damage.

Anyone else had this problem?

If the squeak is only with suspension movement, then I would say it is problably the bushings. You can get fittings for your grease gun that will slide over those zerks. My dealer grease the heck out of mine before I took delivery and I haven't had any problems yet. When riding myself today, lots of mud and standing water everwhere. We have had lots of rain the last week. Made for some interesting creek crossings (no deep water, but lots of slippery mud).

Grease all the zerks, and for the pivots without zerks, use a spray grease on them. Make sure to compress the suspension as much as you can to work the grease around. Just use your hands and body weight to cycle the rear end up and down hard until the squeaks go away.

I finally bought a 90* adapter for my greasegun. Still a MAJOR pain in the **** to grease the upper rear control arms at the wheel end. Polaris should go to 90* zerks there. I did use spray lube on all rubber/plastic bushings too.

My son and I went riding yesterday and apparently it took care of the noise.
