97 Trailblazer Doggie?
Picked up a 97 Trailblazer, seems kinda doggie, punch it from dead stop, really don't spin the tires, sounds kinda hollow, starts right up, can ride all day, just feels underpowered, I'm gonna check the compression this weeknd, the plug is nice brown grey, so jetting is OK, am I expecting too much for an air cooled 250, I'm coming from KTM 250, Quadracer 250, Explorer 400!

Easiest thing to do is get a stage one kit from Rick Ritter.
You can get a pipe here, and a clutch spring there, but it's best to get them from the same place, even if you don't get it from Rick. The clutch and pipe need to be tuned together.
And no matter how cheap it is, do not get a DG pipe. They may work well on other bikes/quads, but they are just a total waste of money on the Blazers.
