Pulser coil (pickup coil) how to change?

Default Pulser coil (pickup coil) how to change?
I have to change my" pulser coil" some call it a pickup coil I think. Heres a link to the part, its #13 Click here do I have to take the flywheel off to change it?

i beleave its behind the flt wheel so yes it would have to come off.
