Don't like the owner of the dealership in my area...
Love my 2004 SP 600 Twin. (No issues)

Guess I got lucky and found a good dealer. Maybe too good. Ordered a part over the phone, and when finished he said he'd need a credit card. Gave him my name, and he said never mind, pay for it when you come in. And, was there anything else I needed.

But he knows when I get there, I'll find something to buy.

did you finance it thru the Hsbc bank with Polaris financing or did you pay cash, IF you paid cashthen you are on your own , if you used polaris financing then read the credit card statements on the back side of your statements, I think you will find it very interesting of what you can do, All i had to do is threaten my dealer and HSbc that I would take it back to the dealer and default on it, and then i pointed out that the purachase was a credit card purchase and i had rights as it pertained to the cardholders agreement , they dropped the Finance charges and lowered the percentage to a very low amount, But you have to be tactful and not accusing or braggard about your own abilitys.

It's the dealerships that can make or break a hassle, especially if they don't know what they're doing or just don't care. Still, we've got a good dealership around here, own a total of six Polaris ATVs amongst our family and have only had any real problems with one, and that's just cause it's had some rough treatment in its short life. But, who knows. I'm not saying big corporations really care either, and everyone has their problems not just select few.
