Circulating Heater
#2
I’m not sure what you mean by “circulating heater.” The two types of automotive heaters I’m familiar with are frost plug or “bock” heaters and “tank” heaters, which are installed inline in a heater hose. The latter might be referred to as a circulating heater in some regions.
Polaris makes an oil tank heater for their 4-strokes. It’s just a heating element that keeps the contents of the oil reservoir warm. The kit sells for $69.99 (US), the part # is 2871873. For even more warming effect install a little “battery tender” type trickle charger to keep your battery warm and fully charged. You can slip it right under the bungee that holds the battery in and leave it there. Wire both to the same plug and keep it plugged in when not riding and you should be all set.
