The Trailblazers don't use a fuel pump - that's true .

its real easy to do a compression test and it would be the fastest way to rule out alot things out so do it and then you'll know.

Hey guy's - I just got a guage on it (compression) and I have ZERO compression. I double checked the guage on my John Deer and had 150 psi so the guage works. Now what?

 

I took the cylinder off and there is a nice hole right in the top of it - all the way through on the exhaust side. So do you think my oil pump stopped working?

I am going to install a block off kit and avoid that whole nightmare again.

I looked at the cylinder and it does not appear to be scored so I will have it honed and install a new piston. Am I missing anything here?
