I have a '96 Xpress and the brakes suck. I can't seem to
bleed the air out of the front or back no matter what I try.
I have tried opening the bleed valve on the front wheels
while squeezing the brake handle to no avail. Maybe
I need to rebuild the master cylinder?

Also, on the master cylinder/hanbrake in the resevoir there is a little
round picec of rubber with an X cut in it. Does it fit over
the raised round portion in the bottom of the resevoir?
