Default email address - polaris industries

Hi,
I have a serious engine problem on my new predator (after 2-3 rides) and I'd like to send an email to the manufacturer about the repeating problems on the predetors and to here how they can help.
does someone have an email address to use?
I know that I need to contact my dealer, I did it but haven't got any satisfying answer.

Welcome to the forums talh.

This is the page to email customer service. Polaris

Honestly, you're peeing in the wind when you contact them.

Take it to the dealer, if they don't know what's wrong, take it to another dealer.

I've phoned Polaris and got nowhere with them.

What area are you in? Maybe someone can suggest a good dealer to take it to.

I thought you were being funny with this post!!! E-mail polaris? You would have a better chance at winning a lottery. They could care less, try your dealer, they usually won't hassle you to much.

I really want to send this email, I know about the customer-service form on Polaris site but I prefer sending an email.

I actually used that email about a month ago and got a reply back in about 3 days. However, my email was a question about HP ratings and then new 2008 models, so since it wasn't about a problem, they probably didn't mind replying.....LOL.

You could ask the advice of the nice people that run Polaris. Their e-mail scheme seems to be "firstname.lastname@polarisind.com" Although, the way the customer service dept. treats "customers", I wouldn't hold out hope that the executives give a sh*t either. Just my guess....

Hey, maby if all of us "customers" would just go away, they wouldn't have to make sure the products they sell actually worked properly.

Well, I guess giving you the name of the dealer I use is out.

Checked out the vid. Cutting it a little close on the landing, huh.

Email may be the best route for you there. I'd try every address you get. Someone has to eventually answer you.
