I have a 1990 2x4 trailboss that I got for free. I had to buy a coil, carb adapter, spark plug & drive belt and I've got her running. But the previous owner had the oil line disconnected and was premixing oil & gas. The oil pump could be bad, I don't know why he was doing this. Will it be ok to run the bike like this? the oil pump will be running dry. I don't have a problem with pre mixing. I had rather premix than spend a bunch of money on fixing what is wrong. What ratio should I mix? 50:1?

more like 32:1 no moe then 40:1 or it will foul plugs.
