I just buy a 2004 polaris sportsman 700 twin (carb) used with about 2500 miles on it. my problem is it links oil out the top of the engine cover. I had tighten up the bolts and applied sealant to the joint, Is there a better way to fix this problem on my machine.

also alot of people are telling me this machine has a overheating problem?

can you help

welcome tron. if the raditor isnt kept clean they will have overheating issues. only use either 60/40 or 50/50 mix antifreeze to run the coolest. maybe a new gasket is needed for the leaking problem.
