After the quad gets hot it just stops moving like someone shifted it into neutral. Motor is idling fine but will not go. One more thing I just cleaned the carb. was riding the four wheeler just for a few minutes and it actedl like some one cut off the air to the machine. I know that wasn't possible because the air breather wasn't even on. Thanks

 

check to see if you might have pinched one of the air hoses on the carb when you put it all back together, i would check all air ducts from drive area an check the belt

 

Is the engine bogging (ie not accelerating) or does it rev up fine but just not move? I tore down my carb (same bike as yours), cleaned & reassembled. Upon restart it ran good when cold but was sluggish taking off when hot. I readjusted the idle mixture and it seems fine not.

Still have some sort of issue with the top end though. Doesn't seem to want to gain any speed from 3/4 throttle to full. Not sure if it's in the clutch/trans or engine???
