Quick question
#1
Hello....I am kinda new here...been lurking a while but have a question I hope someone can answer. I have a 330 magnum 4x4 and there is a tube that hangs down approximately 2 inches at the bottom of my machine. It has been dripping gas since I picked up the machine from the dealer. Is this normal and should it be happening? And also what is the purpose of it if it is normal? It is not like a running faucet or anything....just a few drips right after running.

Hey Basshunter, if you have a full tank of gas it is pretty normal. It is probably the overflow/vent tube. I have the same thing when I fill up either of my quads. Check to see if it is the hose that vents the gas tank and I think you'll find that when it isn't full it will not drip. If it isn't the vent for the gas tank I'm stumped. The line probably just allows for the gas to expand without the tank expanding with it. Think of a sealed plastic gas can in the sun.

No its just dripping but I noticed it more this evening than before. It leaves a spot about 3inche in diameter from the drip. Fuel of course will expand and make it look greater than it is too. I only had a 1/2 tank of fuel.
