Default steering totally shot

So as i was finishing up my belt change, i decided to take a look down under.
The lowest of the steering post bushings , was barly on!
split in half and just hanging there, covered in muck.
I can tilt my tie rod ends either direction pretty far... are they shot?
All the big bushings and rubber peices in there look hurt.. maybe this is why i get tossed around on the trials.

I was looking at HPD, and Hot seat at their stuff. nice lower steering post bearings.

whats the deal with hpd steering post dampener... is that a steering post its self,
or does it connect in there somewhere?
What should i do about all the shot bushings? go heavy duty hpd/hot seat
or what?
what do you guys do?

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

Get the HPD lower steering post bushing(great part) go with EPI tie rod ends and polaris upper steering post bushing.
The dampener is a shock that hooks to your streeing to help take the jerk and pulling out of the steering.
