How bad do I need ADC?

I ride trails with plenty of steep hills, therefore the ADC for me is well worth it.

I ride in the rocky mountains and the terrain is very steep, rough and rocky. ADC is worth its weight in gold out here. EBS works well too but on a steep grade that has loose traction, the back tires tend to "check" a little and skid. With ADC, I switch into AWD and the bike just slowly creeps down the mountains and gives excellent control. I wouldnt be without it. Like already mentioned, it all depends on the terrain you ride as to its value.

hey trail you might to build a bigger dog house after you tell. lol if hills is a big part of your riding then its worth spending the extra cash to get it as its 100 times better then nothing and 50 times better then just ebs. polaris was way behind in this area and finally stepped up to put it on after im sure receiving alot of comments on it or loss of sales. either way i think you'lll see alll the awd's have then in the future.

Ya the X2 has turf mode as well. That would be nice for not tearing up the lawn and tighter turning. And as far as ADC, I wouldn't buy a bike without it. There is nothing better than going down a steep rocky hill and not having to touch the gas or brake. Very reassuring for when my girlfriend is driving.

Well you would need the front diff assembly, the hoses and resivoir, and I couldn't imagine what the electrical differance would be. In my humble oppinion if you have never had it, you'll never know the differance. But if you ever ride a bike with it, be prepared to trade for a bike with it.
