I'm new in the ATV market, I have this 1997 6x6 425 polaris 6 wheeler and the new battery keep draining after a bunch of uses...What charges the battery in an ATV? I also put a new starter in. Is there some kind of altinator in an ATV? Any help would be appreciated!...

 

welcome to the forum. theres a magneto and a recifier that actually maintains the battery. check the connections to make sure there not all corroded and check the connection of the recifier. it should be located up under the front of the bike somewhere.
