Who's got any ideas on MODS for my 500 HO?? I've got a warn winch, 14" ITP Mudders, racks, K&N air filter, getting a 2" lift. I'm looking for Clutch, custome runners, CDI, engine info and anything other CRAZY suggestions.

 

If you want a fast bike buy an 800 LOL Or turbo the 500 and let me know how it works LOL

 

Thats the overall decision I made for myself. Hopefully this weekend I will
be bringing back my 800.

I already have a turbo setup I'm working on, I have the turbo, piping, oil cooler lines. I'm trying to figure out how to setup the jetting and some other details. I imagine I'll have some boost lag because the turbo I'm using is a K03 which might be a little to big. What I'd love to get my hands on is a stock polaris sled turbo from on of the newer machines.
