U could have a lot of diffrent problems not just oil. How does it run?Idle and such. u dont mix gas so oil in air boxx is unlikely. oil goes in bottom end of block, only way it would burn is if its getting past rings on piston,or a crack in block or heads. Blue is coming out of pipe ? cause it could blow out dipstick and onto something hot.

too much oil could cause ring damage but not likey. the rings need time to seat in and you shouldnt be pounding on it. if the engine work wasnt done correctly then it would have issues as well. actually i just thought, if these are nickle cyclinders they cant be bored if i remeber right. if you just honed it and added new parts that could be a problem as well. help me out guys on the cylinder idear??

Stupid question, but I need to ask........You didn't put oil in tha gas tank did you??? Maybe you were thinking it was a 2-stroke and needed mixed gas? One time I grabbed a gas can out of my buddie's garage and put about a half a tank's worth in my '00 Magnum 500. I didn't realize it at the time but it was mixed gas for his chainsaw. Smoked like a #$%^&*. I thought sure I had swallowed a piston ring. No damage was done other than a fouled spark plug.

I had a piston and the rings done early this year and only rode it 5 times after the repair. It's brand new.</end quote></div>
