IT IDLES AGAIN

IT IDLES AGIAN
Thanks to your suggestions I found my idle problem. It was the ETC switch,a very easy fix But I would never of found it.I haven't had an ATV for about 10 years and my 350X didn't have an ETC switch. I called my dealer to find out what it was. he said it was an electronic temperture control and he could fix it (for about $50 an hour and I don't know how much for the temp control) But when I got mudmachines e-mail saying to look by the thumb control on the handlebars things started to get clearer.
Maybe I should find a new dealer

When you talk to your dealer ask if he knows what ETC really means. It stands for electronic throttle control and its designed to shut down the engine in case the throttle sticks. Its been on every Polaris since about 1990.
