chances are its firing just fine. just make sure you have the switch in the on pos. and the kill switch in the run pos. so you know that both are working fine. if you have the strengh(not trying to say you dont) w/ you on the wheeler and the choke on(enrichener) pull the corf very hard hard and fast to give it a good chance to fire. dont hurt yourself by doing it though lol. anyways if its any where near right it should fire on less then 3 pulls of the rope as they all start better w/ the rope. if you could charge the battery you could use the ele strter. do you have a voltage tester??

 

Thanks Stendori. Tried what you said and it started. Blowing an awful heck of smoke behind it. The gears I have says H N R. Put it in H but it wouldnt move. So what am I doing wrong?

I had mine hotwired cause i lost the key,
BUT
I had no lights / rad fan / dash lights / awd

Bought a key switch on ebay 35 WITH shipping included

everything worked after that..

All i will say is look under the hood, and trace wires

 

Hmmmm yourself kukerdan. Bought it Oct. 99. Drove it once. Put it up because of the fall and holidays. Two months later it was stolen. Just now recovered it 2007. Never had a 4 wheeler b4. Soooooo like yeah I dont know much about them. But now that its back. Mhmmmm want to learn how to drive it. Before posting a hmmmm on someone. You should read all of the post in my posting and then I wouldnt have gotten a hmmmmm. But any hoot, no hard feelings. It's kewl.

 

glad it started for ya for sure. yes h-is for forward, n- neutral, and r- is reverse. when you put it into gear(h or r) you put it in w/ some swift motion and then you squeeze the throttle and the clutches will engage to make it move. just keep presure on the throttle and it will go if not it will sit there and just rev up. try it in reverse as well. there is a yellow button on the left handle bar which if you push while in reverse you'll go as fast back wards as forward so becareful. let us know how it works out.

Again TY Stendori. Finally got it moving. Don't know what the thief did but the H is reverse and R is forward. And nooo the **** is not backwards or upside down. LOL.... Rev it up and away I went. Rode it about 2 hrs and had a blast. Taken to a friend to do a compression check. Again thank you for everything.... If alright with yall like to keep talking to ya. Pull the switch and take it to a locksmith, he can make a key for it, He can even change the settings to match other switches, I had 5 locks to 5 different sheds made to where 1 key fits all,,
