Default Gas leaks from carb hose

My 1999 Polaris Xplorer is leaking gas from the hose coming out of the bottom of the carb sediment bowl. What causes this and how do I get it to stop without having to turn the fuel shut-off each time I shut down? I just took it into the dealer and had some work done on the carb to have the jets and float pin replaced. Also replaced the bolt on the bottom of the sediment bowl.

It sounds like the needle and seat or the float may be sticking.
