Can nyone tell me if the 700 drive belt is longer then the 500? I got neww clutches for my 500 and when i went to put the new belt that came with them it seemed to go on easier they the other one?

 

i replaced my 02' 500 w/ a 700 belt and it was a perfect fit. check the belt deflection, and is it setting up in the secondary about 1/8" over? is the spring preloaded if its not a roller clutch? just a couple of questions. you can go on the polaris site and put in the part(belt) no. and see what they fit.
