I've heard rumor that if these Public Lands were closed to new road development then it would mean they were closed to all off road traffic, even mountain bikes. Has anyone else heard this?

You can vote more than once if you delete the cookies that the website sends to you when you vote. Go to your windows folder, cookies and delete the two that say:

msnbc(1)
msn(1)

and you can vote again, if you so desire.

 

Wouldn't that be like......cheating ? That would be no different than issuing an executive order, then resending it when it no longer benefits you.
