Default 98 explorer front brake problem

I've got a 98 explorer and it keeps burning up front brakes rapidly, I've bled the system several times, removed all the fluid and replaced. The brakes are wearing the outside pad first and at an angle (both wheels). When I install new pads they seem free for a few miles then they begin to drag and squeak. I'm considering putting in a couple of caliper kits, but the quad has very little miles on, never been winter driven and they don't appear to be corroded. Any suggestions?

you sure the pistons are not sticking keeping the pads light to the wheel when you releave or the master cylinder isnt holding pressure when released?

Pull the calipers back off and clean and lube the caliper float pins. Make sure the little boots aren't bad, they swell, tear etc. Make sure they are seted in the grooves too when you reassemble it. Should take care of it.
