Default uni filter NOT HELPING?

I finally went and bought me and new uni filter for my 330 trailboss knowing I wouldnt get much more performance from this but just the cost effectivness of the cleaning of the filters so I put it on and my bike runs worse it like has not as much power as before I put the filter and ideas am I going to have to rejet?
IM at a loss I have no idea why it would run worse

yes you have to rejet you are now running lean because you have more air then fuel
in the carb you need to rejet to allow for more fuel.

Default uni filter NOT HELPING?

I did not have to rejet when I put the uni filters on both my
machines they were already rich enough, BUT this does not mean
u won't have too. U could put your stock filter back on a see if it
goes back to running good just to be sure, if it does sounds like
u need to rejet. one other thing could be if u oiled the filter very
heavy it may be sucking some oil in the motor but it should start
to let up & run better after a while. u want it oiled well but too much
may start too block some of the air.
