Have you looked at Cabela,s ? They have fuel and water packs/mounting brackets

you could buy the koplin gas packs that hold 3.5 gallons i think. their flat and stackable.

 

When I bought my X2 last year, there were no bumpers or racks available.

The first thing I did was replace the passenger seat with a Kimpex Deluxe. The next thing was to re-install my old bumper from the 2001 Sportsman. I use it to carry gas most of the time. But I also carry a rear trunk that I use to transport light gear or groceries when at the cottage.

The Kimpex comes off quickly, and the bumper doesn't interfere with the dump.

It ain't pretty, but it's very functional.

thr kolpin gas pack works well also helps hold the front end down
