Anyone have the factory specs for carb setup on a 01 sportsman 500 HO
Also what about front end set up toe-in/out procedures etc? thanks

 

The air fuel screw should be out 2.5 turns. To set toe in ,take some string and tie to the hitch on the rear,take around rear tires about half way up, I tie it to a jack stand obout a foot in front of front wheel, get string so it just barely touches both sides of rear tire and measure to string on both sides of front tire, should be toed out 1/8 of an inch. Adjust at tie rod ends. Make sure handle bars and wheels are straight first

 

Toe is set to 1/8"- 1/4" toe out
