Hi, Im new to the forum and have recently bought a 05' polaris scrambler 500 AWD. I had a couple of questions to anyone who might know. First, im wanting to put exhaust on it, but i need something that lets people know that im coming but still quiet enough so i doesn't wake the neighbors when i get home. I was thinking about the white bros, e series...but it says 96-03 will that still fit or did they change the mounting holes or pipe routing. Is their a website for just polaris atvs?

The year doesn't matter, they didn't change anything except the color from 2000 or so till new. I had a AAEN megaphone can on mine and it was WAY too loud to try to sneak home at night. There are definitly quieter mufflers out there. Good luck with your search

 

The WB pipe will work on yours So will the FMF which is quieter than the White Bros but doesnt do as good on power

 

You can also check out HSP(Hot Seat Perfomance) or SpeedWerx website. They have full exhaust or just muffler. Jet kits,filters, and alot of other Scrammy goodies. I ordered their free catalog and it's awesome!!!
