No such luck Caper. I don't want ANY proof of me riding it LOL
And my saga is long from over. I went to the dealer today and picked up my bike YAHHOO!!!! BUT there are some issues. The diff they got me was one without ADC. It would be out of an 04 1/2-06. But they didn't realize untill they had it bolted in and went to hook up the ADC hose. So they left it in and plugged the hose for ADC so no crud would get in. And they tore a CV boot in the process of putting the axles in. So now they have ordered ANOTHER diff hopefully WITH ADC!!! And a CV and boot because I'm sure the joint will be toast by the time they get another diff in for me. All at no cost to me. So I loaded the bike in the trailer and looked at the front tires and they looked a little funny, then realized they had put the tires on the wrong side. DOH!!! So I took it into work with me and swapped them side to side. I wasn't sure if I was coming or going LOL So maybe in another month I'll have the correct diff installed, but untill then I'll be glad to be plowing with my own bike.

Scrammytodd,
These guys working on your quad are scaring me. You lost me on the 04 1/2 06 thing. The sage continues. Good luck again.
PS. Got my front gearcase oil changed over the holidays back to the right stuff. The dealer near my cabin actually had the oil in stock. Now I have to pick up the oil I ordered from my local dealer and start my own stock.

2004.5 to 2006.
That IS a little scary that they couldn't tell the difference between a ADC and non-ADC front differental, and then reinstalled the rims on the wrong sides.
I just hope that mine will be okay after a few hours of using the wrong fluid.
My warranty is up in February.

Ya I'm a little scared as well. I told them I would do all the work from now on and they seemed ok with that. I sure wish this was over, I'm getting a little frustrated with the whole situation. Sheepdog and Jampg I really hope you don't have to go through this as well. I don't wish this on anyone. What a pain in the rear!!! But at least I can plow my own driveway with my own bike!!

This was about a week and a half after I picked it up.
Well after picking my bike up and plowing twice I noticed my plow was moving around a LOT!!! So I checked it quick and the whole plow mount was moving around and really bent!! I took it out to my Dad's shop and found that EVERY BOLT WAS LOOSE!!! The two bolts that hold the front bumper on were missing and stripped allowing the top front carriage bolts to rub on the radiator. There are some pretty good marks on the tubes but no leaks. Every hole in the bike frame and mount frame were oblonged. I pulled everything apart and straightened it up as much as I could and I took pictures of the rad and bolt holes and took them into the dealer. He told me to bring it in and they would fix it. I told him to get me new parts and I would fix it properly!!!
So yesterday I picked up my new front diff and a CV boot, no joint!! They said if it's not broke, they won't fix it. I asked about a new plow mount and they said to bring it in and they would have a look at it. So today I took the bike in and the service manager came out and had a look at it, said it was bent because I was plowing too hard. I told him it was bent because it was left loose and all he would offer me was to sell me a new mount at cost. I was pretty pi$$ed off by this point, told him I would never grace the doors again. All of my buisness will go somewhere else even though it means I'll be driving at least an hour round trip to another dealer. They'll be lucky to get their diff back, I might just keep it as a spare!!
So tommorow I'll be back to my Dad's shop to change the diff, CV boot, and straighten and reinforce the plow mount and check to see what else they screwed up in the ordeal. What a pain in the butt this has been. If I had've got the right oil in the first place NONE of this would've happened.
Sorry for the rant. I think I'm done now
