sounds to me like a pilot circuit problem. like ftwflh said, clean the carb thoroughly. look thru the jets, make sure they arent clogged.
i recommend that any and every polaris owner needs to own a service manual. everything you need to do will be spelled out for you. this is also a great way to learn about your machine, do your own repairs and save a TON of money.

yea i replaced clutches swingarms starters starter bendixes and fixed alot of other stuff myself i have a polaris shop manual and parts manual i am going to clean the carb tomorrow
i see you have a winch and mount on your scrambler I found one place that had a nice one but it was there last one they had they said polaris made them for one year and stopped i have a venom 2500 water proof winch

one more simple thing to check would be the gas tank vent line it couuld be pinched or plugged with mud
yea i checked that i also took the cap off and it still didn't make a difference im gonna look at teh carb today what is the easiest way to take teh carb off?

probably just the side piece of plastic and the seat you should be able to get at everything just remove the airbox and its right there.
