its hard to explain what to look for some times but basiclt make sure the weights and and pins arent worn too much. not much up and down or side motion on the weights. take the weights right off to see if theres a groove worn in the pin and the weight. that video that is posted is an excellent tool. excluding the weights you really need a special tool to pull apart the clutch once its off as you can see in the video. good luck.

Cobb over at ATVQUADSQUAD made the video. Cobb and Cajun are pretty sharp on the clutches and the POLARIS quads.
