Default mud packing up under x2 box

Does anybody have any good solutions to keep all the mud and debris from packing up in all the square cells on the botton side of the x2's rear box. It takes forever to clean all the junk from under the box and it usually soaks you in the process of cleaning it out

Spray some anti stick spray to the underside or make a plastic/rubber cover for that area. Use some imagination.

I don't know how the underside
is laidout but maybe you could like
mud flap it with some cheap mud flaps
or vehicle foot mats from the auto store
find away to mount it. Let us know your
invention if you so design something!

Cheers,

R'

Stay out of the mud. We paid to much for these machines to get them muddy. Don't you think? Thanks for the post. I'm going to check my 500X2 and fix problem before I get one.

Put more ice and beer in the cooler up front. The condensation from the beer will keep the mud off. Thats what I tell my wife when she is driving.....

If I were to do it, I would take the box off and flip it over so it is upside down. Then I would fill the boxes with silicone caulking and let it set for a couple of days. It would probably take about 3-4 tubes. I usually just tip the box up like it is dumping and spray it off that way. Takes a couple minutes with a hose.
