Default 350L counter balance question

I just bought my son an old 350L and there is water in the counter balance oil. My manual has a picture pointing to nothing where the cb drain plug should be. This is between the tranny plug and start pull drain plug. Does anyone know how to drain the cb oil. Thanks in advance

Thanks for the reply but mine only has the one. Is it under the starter by any chance?

I posted a picture on my gallery of how it looked when I pulled the skid plate off my scrambler. It's probably not identical, but I bet it's real similar to yours. Take a look, I hope this helps.
