Default crack rubber grommet / parts on X2

Both of my grommets have pushed in on my X2 and now I have a bungee cord holding the seat when I transport it. I am going to call the dealer in the morning for replacement grommets / bushings. You had problems with your dealers and the replacement of these parts?

No problem at all for replace the grommet under the seat.....the dealer give me some new one....A good trick I read here is to put two washers under the seat...you have to remove the two studs and place some washer under. The bushing seat more flat that way...and got more support

Mornin Rescuedog9
When we bought my Wifes 300 her grommets were put in upside down and would push in all the time, I looked at mine and seen the cuts/groves were on the outside, I changed hers and it's been fine since.

Thanks Hobbles - one is completely gone and the other is pushed up in the plastic framework so I am not sure which way it was in there - I will definitely check to make sure they are in the right way. Thanks
