i just fixed the bumper today. it turned out that there wasnt anything bent. the slider nut on the bumper mount just got bumped back. so, i just loosened that and re-alligned it. it is all good now and runs great!

I went to the link Williebee gave, and for the ltz 400, it was the exact same one I have (for the 2003 year model).

Not too many places you can actually download the service manual. This is not the parts manual, it is a factory service manual.

Stendori i know i tend to reply to the posts and get carried away , and alot the the time i get off the subject but there's usually a reason that everone else get's confused with what i was trying get across ; by giving way to much info that they get confused !

I don't mean to do that , i just carried away and by the time i'm done there's another novel ; but seiously it don't hurt to check out these online store's for bargan's on anything you're looking for !

About those Haynes Manual's , the one i bought for my 87 Chevy S10 had more info than the GM O.E.M. Manual i paid over $100.00 from my local Dealership ; and Haynes has only been publishing ATV Manual for about 5 or 6 yrs. and when they do they cover everything from simple maintenac to complete teardown and overhaul !
Haynes and Chilton are the only after market manauls i would reccomend over the Factory O.E.M. Manual's , nuff said and i hope you and everyone on the forums have a good day !..........

Man you guy's must have the best dealership in the us and canada to get your O.E.M. manaul's so cheap , when i bought my first atv in 1989 was a leftover 1986 Honda TRX350 Foreman Fulltime 4x4 that the local Honda dealer in my hometown wouldn't come down a penney under M.S.R.P. if he had to keep one 10 yrs.; and when i asked him about the O.E.M. Shop Manual for this 2 year old quad he looked it up on his pc and told me it would be a little over $200.00 bucks !

By all means buy from your Dealership if they're that cheap , the local Suzuki Dealer where my cousin bout 2 new Suzuki paying cash ; wanted more than Honda !

My local AC Dealer where i bought my 2006 Arctic Cat 400 FIS Auto 4x4 on feb. - 07 - 2006 , told me that the Manaul for my Cat was over inflated ; and that she would not keep them in stock ; she tell's all her customer's who have a pc to call in and she would send a free copy of her shop manual and keep us up dated with any update's from Arctic Cat so i don't need a manual !............

When I said $40.00 Can for the SErv manual, It was a guesstimate of what I figured it would be worth. Wrong again.

If I say something and my wife doesn't hear it, am I still wrong ?????????????

Keep the posts coming Williebee, me thinks the other guys are just funning you.
