battery not staying charged after a few weeks

I agree this is unlikely a charging problem, but is either a battery problem or a slow draw on the battery. To find out if it is a slow draw, I would charge the battery until fully charged, then measure the voltage daily over 3-5 days and record your readings. Then recharge the battery and TAKE IT OUT OF THE POLARIS or at least disconnect the (+) and (-) leads. Continue to measure the voltage daily and record your results. If it holds a charge when disconnected, but drains when connected, you are definitely looking at a slow draw from a system somewhere on the ATV.
You could make a list of all electrical systems, then start pulling fuses or disconnecting one by one until the drain stops, that should isolate your system for you.
