You may need to change the needle valve and tube that it goes in.Also check the ETC there is a way to bypass it but I dnt know it.

Hey, just remember, if you do get it fixed, please let me know what it took to get it done right. We are in the same boat! I haven't got around to checking my cam, but I'm going to bet that's my problem. Your cam is fine? And, yours does run like a clock when idling?

have you checked your valves and cam? if so, what did you yours look like? how did this problem start out for you? I am just comparing my problems to yours, as I think we both in the same position.

Wow, we definitely have exact issues. Well, I could not help it, last night I pulled my valve cover expecting to find a bad cam, however, it appears to me that the valves have equal movement intake/exhaust stroke. But, considering all I did was visually inspect it, I suppose that it means nothing until I pull the cam and mic it for dimensions. In a way I wish I could have identified that my cam was bad to give me something to work on, but since it visually looks good, I feel like I am back to where I started. Im hoping to go full force on this bike, I really need to get it running. I owned it for about 2 months before it died on me and I dont feel like I nearly got my moneys worth. First thing I plan to do is borrow some gauges to measure valve clearance, then I will go from there. Please keep me updated with any news, as I will do the same for you. I would drop it off to a shop to have them look at it, but no one around me wants to touch a polaris and the polaris dealership said its to old to work on.
