Default question about sportsmans

I'm pretty sure the front will not enguage at all if the rear tires are spinning fast and the AWD switch is switched on as a safety precaution. At least thats how my Scrambler was. But i have exploded a front yoke on the diff by having one tire in the air freewheeling in reverse and switching to forward and hitting the gas. Which leads me to beleive that those hilliard hubs are pretty darn strong.

Two things you don't do, put a stationary Polaris ATV with fast spinning rear tires in AWD and put a car in reverse as its flying down a highway.
