My buddy has a CAD plasma torch table and he made me some wheel spacers that just go over the stock studs like adding a few washers, but they lock factory and really keep the strength up. If you want a pair let me know, he can cut them out of any thickness aluminum you want. I have 1/4" with the long studs on the 800 they work great. About $40.00/set. I'll post pics later.

So, the saga continues. I put 2 washers on each lug and it worked perfectly...on one side, but not on the other. I'm assuming that means something is off.
I took the tire back off and was about to adjust the camber on the tie rod end and realized that the tire moves with the adjustment and that it wouldn't help.
I tore the boot on the tie rod end on the side that is rubbing while moving the machine into the shed.
The tire is just touching the boot and if I pull back on the boot I have about 1/8 inch clearance,...so seeing the boot is already ripped..I'm just gonna run it. I'm tired of messing with it.
If I buy spacers, then I will need to buy longer studs and I don't think I can buy factory offset rims to match the back (they fit fine).
I noticed on some of my friends machines the tie rod doesn't have a boot, so I'm assuming it helps with longevity, but isn't nessesary.
I posted this in a few forums, trying to get as much feedback as possible.

They are factory steel on my 07 700.
My wife's machine has offset ITP wheels and if all else fail I will switch wheels, but I'd rather keep the black steel wheels because I use this machine to hunt with and when I park it, I like it to disappear in the woods.
I am going to try and reverse my tie rod ends to mount from the bottom of the bracket instead of the top. It will move the end away from the widest part of the tire.
