Has anyone had any troubles with Gorilla winches? First I got half my order then the wrong mounting plate and never heard back from a " technician". I was excited t get this 3000lb on my sportsman and now i have wait until someone decides to let me know the next move. Seemed like a good company but im thinking of going with something else. Anyone else having better luck with them?

 

were did you go threw the best place is the guy on ebay he is fast and he replaced everything i needed i said it didn't work he sent me a new one no questions asked did you just go off teh site?

 

Yeah I ordered the winch and plate off the EBAY store but they are the same company because I ordered some accesories from there actual sire and its the same people. I hope someone tries to get a hold me. Thanks for the info.

 

i think the company it self was replacing broken parts but i would get of hold of that guy you bought it from direct if he sent the wrong parts.

 

Next time go with Venom winches....They're good folks to deal with....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
