Default POLARIS PROBLEMS HELP

ok i got 99 polaris scrambler... dad rode with junk battery and finally all electrical stuff quit on it.. 4x4, speedometer, lights.....

here the deal i replaced voltage regualtor and know i have headlights and it will charge the battery but still has 4 wheel drive problem and no speedometer.....

i pelled the hubs off i have 12 volts of juice down to the magnet on 4x4 but there is not magnetic pull when u put screw driver up to it....

also the polaris scrambler 4x4 500 is it suppose to have a Revlimter on it???? i found them on ebay and they say HUB GROUND,REV LIMITER. does that mean it has something to to with 4x4????
IN my CLYMER'S manual it shows 4x4 wires and fan wires going into that limiter but i can not find it on my four wheeler

when you depress the 4x4 button does the light come on indicating your in 4wd? if not try changing the bulb in the button all the power for the 4x4 goes thru that button to complete the circuit(i think)

Heres the deal tho the AWD light does not come on i checked bulb is good..... i got power on one of the wires where connector is under hood...are both the grey and brown suppose to have 12 volts headed down to hub magnet???? Also I CANNOT find the rev limiter any where is it possible they could have taken it off allong the way????? where do i look for rev limiter???? in slymers manual it shows that the limter control 4x4 fan and rpm but the four wheeler worked fine before the battery problem....
