Default New brushgaurd

Anybody have one of these? I sold my Polaris brushgaurd and am having one of these built. I like that it uses solid tubes across the front rather than the bolt on headlight gaurds, plus it looks like it will give pretty good radiator protection. I'll let you know once I have it how it works out, if anybody already has it I'd like to hear from you.

Howdy reno82.....I've been checking this one out too. Looks good for protection and style. The radiator and head light screen is a good plus. I wonder if the straight metal at the brushguard "tips" would catch small brush compred to the stock Polaris brushguard with the round pipe. It seems the Polaris type would let small brush roll off instead of the catch and Whap!

Yea a bent rounded end would be nice. I was just never happy with the Polaris hardware. I broke two bolts off when I pulled on the brushgaurd while on the trailer. Now i know I should not have pulled on the gaurd, and the biggest problem is the cheap nuts and bolts used by Polaris, an easy fix. But the build on this unit seems much more sturdy. The protection for the radiator was icing on the cake, I have been looking at the Jambhard, but it seems to leave the bottom unprotected unless you mount it upsidedown. I'll let you know when I get this how it works, he's sold out right now and will be building mine soon.

Wow, that looks very sturdy and well made. Gives it sort of an Arctic Cat style though, which I don't particularly care for. But I really like the screens for protection of the radiator and lights.

I like this one too. I think I may have to swap my Polaris brushgard for this one. These guys make some cool stuff.
