Dude, I wanted to see some "half track" pictures. You know - wheels on the front, tracks on the back.</end quote></div>
you can see some on the following website and look for posts or pm "Quadzilla".

Apparently they work really well and are half the price of tracks.

i wouild think that would plow snow w/ the front wheels but the rear tracks must take enough weight off. maybe thats how the half tracks of world war 2 worked. seemed like they would go about anywhere.

No snow her just mud with ice chunks mixed in. Had a good ride this weekend. you can all keep your snow.I don't like mud all the time but it's nice to know spring is springing. nothing beats warm weather and riding in t shirts instead of a down jacket!

That global warming thing really needs to get going. There is about 3 feet of snow on the flat areas in Northern NH. I want the snow gone, and trails ready early. We had to wait until May 23rd last year to get through "mud season". If this keeps up it will be more like June 23rd. Take our snow please! I can only imagine how it is in far Northern Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire. I talked to some people in Bartlett, NH and they said they had 15' high snow banks along the roads before some of it melted off. Most are still over 6' tall. I tried snowmobiles but they were rough on my back. Nothing is as comfortable as a PoPo!
