Default 86 engine, 95 frame, will it work?

My engine on my 95 is knocking. I found an engine from an 86 with carb. will it fit the mounts and frame? also isnt the 86 one of the more wild motors and not so tuned down? The guy says he sees no scoring on the piston through the ports.

Also. my transmission keeps puking thru the over flow. any suggestions? im using 10-40 like i was told to. Help.

Thanks

Check the buttons on your primary clutch. It'll make a heck of a noise when those go south.

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

I think you will need to use the 86 clutch cover because they bolt to the engine different you may also need the 86 CDI.
The tranny needs chain case lube not motor oil
