THIS IS THE FIX FOR YOU: take off the black side panel and put it aside. Buy some black cloth hockey stick tape and fold 2 or 3 layers around the edge of the body plastic where ever the side panel contacts the body. Dont put it on the panel that comes off but on the body plastic. it gives just the right amount of edge that cant be seen when the side panel is put back on and plently to fill the gap between the panel and the body.

this took my rattle COMPLETELY away and you can remove it if you need to. Water doesnt effect the hockey tape and the cloth gives it a rattle free cushion.
