collent filter

Default collent filter

has any one ever heard of putting a coolent filter for antefrz (coolent) if so how. dont know how to post info for my wheeler uner the post. the info under the doted line

At the top right of the page. click profile.

When the page loads, a line on the upper left will say Profile & Person Options.

Click profile and scroll down to signature.

Put your bike info there.

Why do you think you need one? The factory does not think you need one and neither do I.

when you get mud in the radeator tubs i sucks to clean

Now I'm confused? Are you talking about mud inside of the cooling system? If so, it's a sealed system. How is it getting in there?
If you are talking about on the outside of the radiator how does the filter work?

I agree with doc. no way for mud to get inside so you shouldnt have anything to worry about with a filter. Now if you are talking about the fins getting caked with mud and then your quad overheating then you do have a problem and the best thing I can think of is to take a mesh screen and install it in front of the radiator so that it can be pulled off and cleaned easily.

if you look at the over flow botel on a sportsman 800 there is a red cap look harder and there is a small hole on mud can grt though there soif it dos you have a coolent filter

I don't think there is a way to put a filter in it. If you snorkel your overflow you shouldn't have a problem, but I still flush mine at least one time a year.
