TMX on a Scrambler

TMX on a Scrambler
Has anyone else swapped carbs on a Scrambler 500. I want to put a TMX flat slide on, but the stock carb has a pulse line coming off for the fuel pump. Should I bypass the fuel pump, or rig the pulse line to the engine side of my TMX?

TMX on a Scrambler
just last week i swapped my stock 40mm to a 42mm predator carb. there was not a pulse line available on the carb because preds have the pulse port on the head. so i just drilled and tapped in a brass hose nipple into the boot between the carb and head. works great. and runs even better. easy to do. go for it!
