scrambler crank?

how much does the scrambler crank cost and will it interchange with a 99 500?

i called my dealer on the crank today/it is 450.00/thats very high isnt it.

They WILL interchange, but they are NOT the same part number.... The Scrambler Crankshaft is "beefier" for the higher loads it takes from the more agressive camshaft profile and larger carburetor...

have you looked at an aftermarket crank? they might be worth checking out. i once heard that if a person put a different rev limiter on and the crank reved faster than stock it will more than likely break. that makes me wonder how good the polaris cranks are? let me know i have 99 scrambler that might need work eventually.
