Well it took some time and a lot of thinking but I was able to modify my headlight. I have a trailboss 325 2000 model. The stock headlight was ok but lacking in some areas. The bulbs they use are totally different than any type Ive ever seen and well a brighter replacement, couldent find one.I looked into polaris and other after market parts stores but no luck. So last weekend I started converting the light housing for a standered car light replacement bulb.not the old type of lights. the newer ones where only the bulb itself is replaced. after the new wireing harness and some fabricating of the mount I came out with a perfect fit. then I used a newer style of bulb. the blueish looking ones. I think there called zenon bulbs the replacement of the halogen style. it was a lot of work but well worth it. I went from a semi bright to BLINDING light. I was a little nervious at first because the housing is plastic and well plastic melts. But after a short ride and some idleing it checked out just fine. just thought id share this with every one in case your looking for a project.

Just an added note the light bulb I used is an automotive 9007 zenon bulb. Its around the same wattage as the factory light around 60 watts, but the light output almost doubles to 100 watts. what a difference.
