Hey guys I am doing my first oil change on my 2006 Polaris Sportsman 500 and I bought one of those oil change kits from the dealer. In the instructions after I drain the oil I have to clean the oil screen. So I have taken the plug with the screen out and it says to use loctite 505 on the threads. I was unable to find any today so I bought pematex high temp thread sealant.
Do you guys think this is the right stuff?

zooman,Just use teflon tape.That will seal the threads.Just wrap the threads twice in a clockwise rotation.Good luck!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
