does anyone know how much crankcase oil goes in a 250 2 stroke

None in a 2 stroke , 2 cycle oil goes in the oil injection oil tank.

and thats all the oil the bearings need

the bearings get their oil form the injection or premix for thier lube. so make sure you have the 2 stroke oil for sure.
